• Service refer to the (car rental, Bike / Scooty Rental or any Travel Services), which offered for sale by us.
• Orders mean a request by you to purchase service from Us.
• Website/App refers to UKTCabs.com
• You mean the individual accessing or using the Website or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the UKTCabs.com, as applicable.

Customer - Your Order Cancellation Rights:

All orders made by you over the UKTCabs.com are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refund will be applicable, In only one case if the company could not arrange the service which you order over UKTCabs.com. In that case, we assured you of a 100% refund.

We will reimburse the refund within 1 to 5 business days from the day. We will use the same means of payment, you used for the order and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
