Agreement between Customer / Supplier or Vendor or Travel Partner and uktcabs.com (UKTCabs)

Welcome to the uktcabs.com website (the 'portal'). This Website is operated by ("Uttarakhand Tour and Travels" with the trade name located in New Delhi.The entity registration number is "07AVUPD0900F1ZW" under the Proprietorship"), a New Delhi (India) based private company and a joint venture between uktcabs.com. Reference to the term Website / Portal shall include access to this Website / Portal via Desktop, Laptop, Mobile devices, and/or any other device capable of accessing UKTCabs Website/Portal.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing, using, or obtaining any services, information, products or materials, etc. By accessing, the UKTCabs portal, mobile or tablet application, or any other device, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms of Use) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms and Conditions, then you may not use Our Website. In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" or "UKTCabs" refers to uktcabs.com, and "you" or "your" refers to you as the user of Our Website/Portal, Suppliers/Third Party /Travel Agencies, Agent, Guide, Interpreter, refer (the "Travel Service Provider"), (the "Application") refers to Portal, Website, Mobile App, Tablet App and Rate, Price, Images, Car Rental, Hotel Booking, Bike/Motorbike Hire, Tours, Packages, Itinerates, Helicopter Travel, Guide Hire, Interpreter Hire, Travel Insurance, Text Materials, Itinerary Information refer (the "Contents / Travel Product & Services")

We may modify these Terms and Conditions without notifying you, for any reason at any time, by updating our Application interface and mode of use. Those changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such enhancement into the Application. For your continued use of Our Application, we will notify you that modified Terms and Conditions will be subject to the Terms in effect at the mode of use Application. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. If any Terms become dissatisfied with our Application in any way, you can immediately terminate/stop to use Our Application Or you can contact us regarding the same.

Use of Application

1. Our Application is intended for use by individuals who are over 18 years of age or legal age.
2. You will use this Application in accordance with the Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions)
3. You made any booking or use any of our Applications on behalf of another person(s) about the Terms of Conditions that apply to the booking you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto
4. All information provided by you on the Application should be true, accurate, updated, and complete.
5. You will be responsible for all use of our Application by you, anyone using your password and login (credentials) information (with or without your permission), and anyone whom you allow to access your services
6. If you decide to receive messages/offers or other communications from Our Application directly to your mobile device, you are solely responsible for keeping us updated with your current Mobile/phone number
7. Transmit any ad or promo materials on Our Application, We don't have control over it if you click over it

We will have the right in our sole discretion to deny/suspend/stop access to anyone to this Application and the services or Contents we offer, at any time without advance notice and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions).

We do not sell/rent Travel Products & Services

Our Application is a search interface to pull the lowest rates with the best services provided by our vendors, However, we filter for you the best Travel Products & Services but UKTCabs does not have, own control over any of the Travel Products and Services, the Travel Product and Service’s price that you can access through Application. The Travel Products and Services are provided by Travel Service Providers, so they are responsible for the Travel Products and Services. To book any service you get (or contact “Travel Service Providers”) from Our Application, you must the agree Travel Service Provider's terms and Privacy Policies including ours. Your interaction with any Travel Service Provider(s) accessed through Our Application is at your own risk and UKTCabs does not have any responsibility should anything go wrong with your Travel Service Product (or booking) or during your travel (or avail). However, we have most of the verified (not all) Travel Service Providers.

The display Contents or Travel Products and Services on Our Application provided by Travel Service Provider(s), UKTCabs is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of such “Travel Service Product”. Since UKTCabs has no control over the “Travel Product and Services” and does not fully verify the contents (or Travel Product and Services) uploaded by the Travel Service Providers, it is not possible for us to guarantee the Contents (or Travel Product and Services) displayed on Our Application are accurate. Contents change constantly and additional charges example local taxes, charges, and fees may apply, so you should always check content from Travel Service Provider before getting/buying/hiring any of Travel Products and Services.

Booking (or Buy, Avail, Hire) “Travel Product & Services” through UKTCabs

If you make a booking Travel Product & Service through Our Application, that booking/Service is actually made with the Travel Service Provider, Our Application only acts as a user interface only. UKTCabs has no responsibility for the booking or the Travel Services you get from the Our Application because UKTCabs has no involvement with the description provided in Travel Product and Service, in defining the price and any fees. If you have any issues or disputes about your booking and/or the Travel Product & Service, you agree to address and resolve these with the Travel Service Provider, not with us. However you can contact us, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

Rules for Travel Service Providers/Vendors and Restrictions

The respective Travel Service Provider, we encourage you to register with us to provide the best Travel Products & Services to the customer. We hope the Travel Services/Products that you are offering over our Application, will be accurately, and completely descriptive and with no hidden charges. To post an offer (or Travel Products & Services) in UKTCabs you must follow the rules. UKTCabs does not allow "Travel Service Providers":

1. Incomplete information about the Travel Products and Services
2. Inappropriate price for Travel Products and Services.
3. False information about you and your company (business) identity.
4. Submission of fake documents for verification.
5. Make any false and fraudulent Travel Product and Service offer.
6. More than one registration with the Our Application.
7. Any misbehaving with the customer who gets your Travel Product and Services.
8. False commitment to the Customer / User.
9. Misguide and fraud with the customer / User who gets your Travel Product and Services.
10. Any suspicious activity over the Our Application.

If UKTCabs suspects that you have breached the Terms of Use (Terms and Conditions), UKTCabs may cancel/terminate/stop any of your services associated with your name, email address, mobile, or account, and even close your account forever with the UKTCabs. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity then UKTCabs reserves the right to take any appropriate legal action and you may be liable for monetary losses of UKTCabs, including all litigation costs and damages.

Prohibited Activities

The Contents and information on this Application including, images, Travel Products, and Service content provided by Travel Service Provider. The Contents and information on Our Application is proprietary to us or our Travel Service Providers. Services obtain through Our Application, Additionally, You do not agree to:

1. Use the Application or its contents for any commercial use
2. Make booking and sale “Travel Product & Services” for resale purpose
3. Make any false and fraudulent booking and calls

If UKTCabs suspects that you have breached the Terms and Conditions, UKTCabs may cancel/terminate/stop /close your account and services associated with your name, email address, mobile number, or account. UKTCabs has the right not to refund you for the canceled booking If you have conducted any fraudulent activity.

Intellectual Property

We, along with the Travel Service Providers and all of the text, images, contents, or other material contained on Our Application, you will not copy or transmit any of the material except for your personal, non-commercial use. Our Application belongs to those respective Travel Service providers and may be mentioned in Our Application for sell Travel Products and Services, If you get any copyright materials or anything, you should contact the appropriate Travel Service Provider or contact us. Your use of and access to Our Application does not grant you any accuracy regarding Travel Products and Services because of Contents (text, images) information/materials provided by the Travel Service Provider over Our Application.

Warranty and Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the inaccuracy, incorrectness, incompleteness, or dis-quality of information provided on the Our Application. Liability claims against the Travel Service Providers, who sell the Travel Products and Services over Our Application. Our Application acts as an interface to the Customer / User and Travel Service Providers.

All contents including third-party advertisement links added and any other information on the Our Application are posted / sale by Travel Service Provider. We are not responsible for any improper information. The Travel Service Provider(s) reserves the right to change parts of or the entire contents without any informing to the User, If They (Travel Service Providers) find the same unsuitable to the Application in any manner. The Travel Service Provider(s) also reserves the right to delete/remove/suspend any of the posted offers, Contents temporarily or permanently.

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred to on this page/section. How we may use the information, you (User / Travel Service Provider) provide to us for the betterment and improvement of Our Application. Please verify the accuracy of all information on your own before undertaking any reliance and obtaining any service. The Travel Product and Service’s contents, and prices are not under our control and we are not responsible for any misrepresentation of any of the same, any changes or updates are also not under our control. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in India (New Delhi), in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Our Application.
