The Char Dham Yatra is a sacred pilgrimage in India that involves visiting four holy Hindu shrines in the Himalayan region. The four Char Dham sites are Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, and Badrinath, all located in the state of Uttarakhand.

Depart from Delhi to Haridwar or Rishikesh by road or train. Arrive in Haridwar/Rishikesh and check into a hotel. Attend the Ganga Aarti on the banks of the River Ganges.

Drive from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Barkot, a town located en route to Yamunotri. Check into a hotel in Barkot.

Early morning, trek or take a pony/ palanquin ride to Yamunotri temple. After darshan, return to Barkot.

Drive from Barkot to Uttarkashi, a town located en route to Gangotri. Check into a hotel in Uttarkashi.

Early morning, drive to Gangotri temple. After darshan, return to Uttarkashi.

Drive from Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/Sitapur, a town located en route to Kedarnath. Check into a hotel in Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Early morning, drive to Gaurikund (the base of Kedarnath) and then trek or take a helicopter ride to Kedarnath temple. After darshan, return to Guptkashi/Sitapur.

Drive from Guptkashi/Sitapur to Badrinath. Check into a hotel in Badrinath.

Visit Badrinath temple for darshan. Afterward, visit Mana Village, the last village on the Indian side of the Indo-Tibetan border.

Drive from Badrinath to Rishikesh/Haridwar. Check into a hotel.

Depart from Rishikesh/Haridwar to Delhi by road
